Sam...I cannot believe that you are gone. You had a heart of gold and your laugh would bring light to the darkest of rooms. I love you so much and I wish we would have talked things through a little better than we did. This just goes to show how precious time is and how we can be called home at any given moment. You will be missed greatly and I hope you wrap your wings around your kids and bring them some peace. I love you to the moon and back sammie

sam worked with us at sabal palms assisted living right  living in Palm Coast and she was my sweet friend and the  funny thing that I remember about her is that she said that my house was prettier than her Audi lol I loved her ...

Sam, I am at a loss for words. You were my little sister, daughter, fellow nurse, and friend. I can not believe that you are gone. My heart is broken. We worked together and I was in awe at what an amazing Nurse you were, but more so, you were such an amazing human being. We talked or messaged at least 3-4  times a month and last time we talked about having a GOHR and Sabal reunion with old friends. I am heartbroken and miss you so much. I cannot imagine what your family and children are going through. We all miss you and love you. I hope the family will decide to do some kind of service because there are many of us that want to honor your memory. You will always be in our thoughts and your family is in our prayers. I was so shocked when I heard this sad news that God gave you your wings far too early. I know it's been some time that we seen each other but you were a great friend and co worker. It was always a pleasure to work with you. When we met, not long ago, we just clicked, and from that day on you were like an old friend I’d known half my life. I believe that’s what made you such an amazing nurse too, your innate ability to comfort people, your kind and loving nature, and your down to earth spirit. I know I haven't seen you in over 20 years,  but I'll never forget what a great friend you were to me in elementary/middle school.  You were an amazing best friend.  I'll never forget your smile and all of the great times we had together.  It breaks my heart to hear that you've passed.
