Sylvester Kasyjanski 65, of Palm Coast left us suddenly on September 10, 2018. Syl was born on September 16, 1952 in Locust Valley, Long Island, NY, to the late Sylvester and Elizabeth Zebrowski Kasyjanski. Preceded in death by his step-daughter Suzi McNeice, he is survived by his wife, Linda, his children Timothy Kasyjanski and Alison Soens and their mother Toni Leslie, son-in-law Scott Soens and grandsons Wyatt and Gavin Soens. In 1991, he and Linda moved to Palm Coast. A career Automobile Master Technician, he established AMOR Tech auto repair shop in Ormond Beach with his friend and partner of twenty-five years, Tuan Le. Syl, was an avid golfer and managed a Saturday morning men’s league at Grand Reserve Golf Club. In his 30’s he took up surfing on Long Island beaches, which developed into a passion, not only for himself, but for his children as well. He enjoyed working with scrap wood and metal to produce art or useful objects for his family and friends. His favorite happy place, Disney World, a love which began at Magic Kingdom when his children were young. He and Linda spent many weekends in the Spring and Fall at EPCOT attending concerts. Together they loved dancing and music, especially classic rock and could be seen in his car jamming to the Bee Gees or the Rolling Stones. We invite his many wonderful friends and associates to join us in a celebration of life on Wednesday, September 26, 2018, at 2:00PM in the chapel of Craig-Flagler Palms Funeral Home, 511 Old Kings Road South, Flagler Beach. Friends may visit beginning at 1:00PM. Donations in his memory can be made to Surfrider Foundation at Surfrider.org. Arrangements are in the care and trust of Craig-Flagler Palms Funeral Home.
