Bill was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY. After graduating from Boys High School in Brooklyn, NY, he worked at Mitchel Field, Long Island, NY. There he met for the first time, Ann Foster, who was to become his wife of 66 years.
In 1953, he began working for General Electric in Schenectady, NY. In 1983, he & his wife retired to Palm Coast Florida. Together they enjoyed tennis, bridge, & traveling. He loved taking photographs & making videos.
Ann predeceased Bill in October of 2017. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Stuart F. Meyer Hospice House, 150 Memorial Medical Pkwy, Palm Coast, FL 32164.
