Aunt G is what we called her, and I believe she was one on the toughest women that I have ever met! She did so much with so little and had a great wisdom way beyond her years! I'll certainly miss those fall college football phone calls telling me just how bad UT was going to get their butts whipped or if they were going to stomp whom ever they were playing on that particular Saturday. Thanks for always being there for my family, those were always cherished times! Today is not a sad day, for I will shed no tears, today is one of great joy and happiness for I know my Aunt G is in heaven giving them some hell! I'll see you again....

Love
Mike

Rodney - Sandy & I share in your profound sadness as you grieve the loss of Georgie. We were deeply saddened to learn of her passing.

Initially after losing your spouse; one's thoughts are often beyond comprehension. It is a surreal process and at first you only muster enough strength to go through the motions. Although it may not be comforting now; please know we are especially thinking of you & praying for peace & added strength to assist you during your sorrow.

May God's love surround you today and in the days ahead.

Sending our heartfelt sympathy & hugs - Chrissy & Sandy

Scott, Liz & family - Our families go waaaay back & we were deeply saddened to hear about Georgie's passing. To lose your remaining parent, particularly it being your momma, grief takes on a deeper sadness & realization. I wish there were words I could express to ease your pain but I know that isn't possible. Please know that Sandy & I are thinking of you and praying for your comfort.

Georgie was not only a family friend but someone I worked with during my high school years when momma owned City Cafe ... she was a hoot! I also worked for her many years earlier when I babysat for her & your dad. I recall during my babysitting days; she taught me how to make pizza for y'all. Fun memories! ๐Ÿ˜Š

Sending our heartfelt sympathy & big hugs - Chrissy & Sandy
