My sincere condolences on the passing of your Mom, Mary. I have lots of memories of visits to your Mom's home. I would go with my mother, Maria Herrera and my sister Alicia Gutierrez. Mary would always make us feel welcome, always had the biggest smile. All of my family loved her and Santana. These two had their golden halo's along time ago. Her absence has left a deep void in our hearts. Rest in Eternal Peace my Cousin. Love you always. P.S. I will not be attending her service, as it breaks my heart, but with this virus attacking effortlessly, I will not be able to attend. I will be there in spirit, heart and soul.

I'm very sorry for the loss of your mom. She was a beautiful sister-in-law, and I will always remember her laughing and her kindness. We had wonderful times at the coast when all our kids were little. I know she missed my brother very much. Now they are together. I know this is a very hard time for y'all, my nieces and nephew, but I am glad y'all have each other. I will keep you all in my prayers.

With all my love, Your Aunt Sophie and my girls.

I remember taking Mary a scooter that her brother Mooncio paid for. She was so so happy to get it. Santana told me she would run into everything. But she was very happy to have it. Mary was the sweetest person. She always had a big smile on her face. I remember visiting them at the Santa Maria apartments here in Austin. She will be missed by many. God rest her soul. Prayers and hugs to family. Sandy Carlin
