Rhonda was always someone you looked forward to seeing each year at the Rodeo. She was always busy doing committee work, preparing, serving, and ensuring everyone was taken care of. She was a friend to many. She held a special spot as one of "Chucky's Chicks" - (she was his #1 Chick!).

She was a blessing to many - our thoughts and prayers go out to her family.

There simply isn't enough room here to put all of my memories with Rhonda. We met in 1980 and have had so many adventures since. From church picnics and Chilispiel in Flatonia, to George Strait at the Houston Rodeo. My daughter called her Aunt Rhondie and we were the proud recipient of a yard full of construction paper flowers and bunnies on Easter from her when Cheyenne was 2. I hope in the future her family finds peace and comfort. I know Rhonda is in the arms of the Lord and finally pain free. Love you Rhonda Kay. We were better for having you in our lives.

Dear Loretta, Kenny, Sharon and family,

Please accept mine and Paul’s deepest condolences for the loss of Rhonda.
I knew Rhonda since the days of Sam Rayburn High School.
She always had a smile to offer and I never can remember seeing her when she didn’t look her best.
She along with the Freytag family was such a loyal fan of our yearly Czhilispiel cook-offs.
She will be dearly missed.

With our sincere sympathy to all of the family.

I am so sorry Loretta. Our family loved Rhonda so much. She was always so happy and it may have been 6 months since we saw her but she just went on like it was yesterday. She is having a great time with Kenneth! We will keep you in our prayers. Burying a child as special as Rhonda, is going to take great courage.
