Ruben, you will be greatly missed. You were always in thought of by your Tio Joe T. and Tia Mamie and  Roseanne,  Rachel  and myself.  I always had great times with you and your brothers and sister.  I felt like a brother to all of ya'll. You will always have a special in our hearts and minds .

Ruben was a kind, hardworking and respectful  man and cousin.  

He would greet you with a smile, handshake and ask how you were doing (and how your folks and grandparents were) -- that never changed. May, Ruben, always be remembered as a good man. 

My sincerest condolences to the Velasquez family and please know you will continue to be in my prayers. 

Ruben always greeted us with a big smile and a tip of his hat and that is how we will always remember him.    Our condolences to his siblings and all  his extended family as we share your pain in spirit at this time.   We sadly say farewell and pray that you rest  peacefully Ruben.

Ruben has always been a part of the Bartos family of brothers.  In recent years I visited with him very often as I visited my mom at Oak Manor.  He smiled and visited with us even when I’m sure he wasn’t feeling up to it.  I’ll never put a puzzle together without thinking of Ruben.  He will surely be missed. But he is healthy now & with Jesus. ❤️  I have to be happy for him.  Rest In Peace Ruben.  Dolores Bartos Labay
