

KING, Frank – age 86, passed away Monday, November 17, 2014 at Cranberry Park Assisted Living in Clio. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Thursday, November 20, 2014 at Reigle Funeral Home, 5501 W. Pierson Road, Flushing with Pastor Sarah LaRose-Nettell officiating. Burial at Sunset Hills Cemetery. Visitation 3 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Frank was born August 25, 1928 in Flint, Michigan the son of the late Frank and Mary King. He served as a paratrooper in the U.S. Army, he also played baseball while in the army. Mr. King loved sports, and he was a high school sports referee. He was also a huge University of Michigan Fan. He was an avid golfer and was a charter member of the Clio Country Club. Mr. King retired from the U.S. Post Office as a supervisor. He enjoyed doing crossword and jigsaw puzzles. Mr. King loved his family very much and was very proud of his grandchildren. Surviving are: sons, Gary (Sandy) King of Clio and Greg (Elaine) King of Birch Run; grandchildren, Zachary (Miriam) King, Jade (Patrick) Coulston, Kayla (Ryan) Slatton; step-grandchildren, Greg (Heidi) Raquepaw, Rebecca Raquepaw, Katie Raquepaw and Emily Raquepaw; great-grandson, Jett; great-granddaughters, Kailey and Haven; and sister, Mary King.
