Peter Pellow Sr.

PELLOW, Peter Vivian Sr. – passed away on January 18, 2017 in Troy, Michigan. The funeral service will be held on Monday, January 23, 2017 at 12 PM at Reigle Funeral Home – 5501 W. Pierson Road, Flushing, MI 48433. Visitation will be held on Sunday, January 22, 2017 from 10 AM – 8 PM at Reigle Funeral Home. Interment will take place on Tuesday, January 24, 2017 at Great Lakes National Cemetery. Peter was born on January 25, 1944 in Flint, Michigan to the late James and Mary Pellow. Peter ended his impressive 20 year military service in the Air National Guard. Over his career he was awarded the Navy Good Conduct Medal, Vietnam Service Medal, Navy Unit Commendation, Air Reserve Forces Meritorious Service Medal W/2 Dev, National Defense Service Medal W/Dev, Air Force Longevity Service Award Ribbon W/3 Dev, Armed Forces Reserve Medal, and NCO Professional . Peter worked for the Chrysler Corporation for over 30 years. He loved to share his love of the Lord with others. He was a member of More Life Tabernacle for over 20 years. Peter loved to travel. He allowed for many family memories together on their trips across country. Peter was a wonderful man who will be deeply missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing him. He is survived by his wife, Judy; children: Peter Pellow Jr., James (Melanie) Pellow, Tonya (Tony) Parker; grandchildren: Kaley Hardacre, Jordan Hardacre, Caleb, Hannah, Addison, AJ, Abigail; siblings, Jim (Sue) Pellow and Judy Morin.
