Wow...shocked! It is sad how families grow so distant. The last time I spoke to Uncle Ron was about 2 years ago. Sad that he has passed. Rest in peace. Your long lost Nephew - Steve

Ron was such a great a man who left us all with so many memories. From the time where he started to prepare for a trip to Hawaii by setting the temperature in the house to 90, or when he become obsessed with getting a roll top desk. He always found a way to make you laugh and put a smile on your face. He loved telling stories, and was great at telling them too. There wasn't a time that I came over to visit where he didn't ask how I was doing and want to catch up on things. He will be greatly missed. I am grateful that I was able to share so many memories with him and your family.

Ron was a good neighbor and friend who loved his girls dearly. Ron had a way of looking out for family and made no bones about it. However he watched closely as you girls made your way through life dispensing wisdom as he seen fit according to Ron. I always enjoyed his visits and stories. Ron was proud of you girls and always spoke highly of you his family. You will always be part of our family as well.
Peace be with you and Ron.

Pam, Michelle, Jennifer, Mark & families - I'm so sorry for your loss. I'm thankful to have met Ron a handful of times and will always remember his incredibly strong handshake (!) and how clear it was that he loved and supported all of his kids. You have a beautiful family, and he'll live on in each of you.

Thinking of all the Priors... My family remembers you all as a hard-working, fun-loving bunch of people. The few times I visited your home growing up your Dad was always welcoming and tolerant of whatever shenanigans we kids were stirring up. I am so sorry for your loss and wish each of you the best.

To The Prior and Marcucci Families: My wife Hilary and I send you our sincerest sympathies on the loss of Ron. I knew Ron from Mott College back in the 60s and when he worked at Hurley Medical Center. I attended a few parties with him at a mutual friend in Northwest Manor on Detroit Street. Ron was a great guy and always had a smile on his face. He was outgoing and always willing to lend a hand. He cared about people. He was a real hero who served 3 tours in Vietnam while others just left the country. Hopefully, time and memories will help ease your pain.
