BEVIS, Stephen J. – Age 25, of Flint, passed away, Saturday, September 24, 2011 at his home. Stephen was born August 8, 1986 in Flint the son of Richard and Patricia Bevis. He was very skilled with electrical, carpentry, and roofing. Stephen was also a great pool player and loved to fish, camp and grilling. At this time he was 2nd Mate on a Riverboat working the upper and lower Mississippi. On January 14, 2011 Stephen married Tara McInturf and she survives him. Also surviving are sons, Ethan and Braydon; mother, Patricia Bevis; father, Richard Bevis; sister, Amanda Bevis; niece, Mikala Merritt. Friends may visit the family from 11 to 1 p.m. Wednesday at Reigle Funeral Home. The Funeral Service will be 1 p.m. Wednesday, September 28, 2011 at the funeral home. Cremation will follow the service.
