Virginia was born at Delray Hospital, Detroit Michigan on May 16, 1946. She was the daughter of the late Pedro and Jean (Rudniak) Espinoza. Virginia was trained as a Key Punch Operator in 1977 and she received her Cosmetology License in 1994. She enjoyed going to the casinos and playing the slot machines. Virginia also was a great cook. She was known for her delicious chicken paprikash, cabbage rolls, refried beans and pineapple upside-down cake. Virginia was a member of St. Robert Bellarmine Catholic church in Flushing. It brought Virginia joy to give a small olive wood pocket cross to someone she thought was having a bad day or to give one to someone who was especially nice to her. Virginia was a loving, caring, mother, grandmother, and a great-grandmother. She especially loved her great grandchildren. Virginia was also a very special friend of her estranged husband, Apolonio Pardo. She will be missed by so many.
