I would like to express my condolences to all of Walts family and friends. Walter and I had fished and partied in the past but it was the conversations we had that I will miss the most. Often I would set out to go to the mailbox or maybe the store before dinner. Then I would see Walt and we would talk and talk about everything. The next thing I would have to turn around and go back to the house because I would know my wife would be wondering where I'd been. I would have to explain that I'd run into Walt and we talked. Like all the people who called you friend, I'll miss you dearly.
