Alkiviadis Telios

Alkiviadis Telios, a beloved and cherished member of the Flushing, New York community, passed away on October 20, 2025, at the age of 87. Born on January 27, 1938, Alkiviadis was known for his compassionate and hard-working nature.

At the age of 28, Alkiviadis embarked on a new journey, leaving his village of Argyrohori in Greece to come to America in 1966. His life was a testament to devotion and love, especially towards his family.

Alkiviadis was married to his beloved Argyro for 56 years. He was a loving father to Polixeni (George) Germanis and Demetrios Telios, and a cherished pappou to Argyro Telios, Lefteri Germanis, and Irene Germanis. He was also a devoted brother to Hariklia Kaloudis and his brother in law Kostas Stylianou. Alkiviadis is survived by his dear nieces, nephews and godsons..

A visitation will be held at Frederick Funeral Home, located at 192-15 Northern Boulevard, Flushing, NY 11358, on October 22, 2025, from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm.

The Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated at St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Shrine Church, 196-10 Northern Blvd, Flushing, NY 11358, on October 23, 2025, at 11:30am .

Interment will follow at Flushing Cemetery, 163-06 46th Ave, Flushing, NY 11358.

Alkiviadis Telios will be remembered for his devotion and love for his family and the lasting impact he made on those who knew him.
