Anne Froehlich

Beloved wife of the late Dominic J. Scricca, Enrico Trezzo, and Ingram Froehlich Anne was the loving mother of Diane (Carl Giugilano) Scricca, Richard (Karen Deerwester) Scricca, and Gina (Louis) Arresta. She was a devoted grandmother to Mark Anthony Scricca, Ricky Scricca, Elena (Jessy Fatout), Dominic Arresta, and Louis Arresta. Anne was the dear sister of Annette Quandomatteo, and is also survived by her nieces, nephews, and godchildren.

Anne’s life was rooted in steadfast devotion to her family and extended family. She will be fondly remembered as a remarkable cook—someone who could make a satisfying meal from whatever happened to be on hand, turning simple ingredients into something comforting and memorable. Just as naturally, she brought warmth and spirit to the moments that mattered most, finding joy in music and dancing, and offering steady care and heartfelt attention to her grandchildren and godchildren.

Visitation will be held at Frederick Funeral Home, 192-15 Northern Boulevard, Flushing, NY 11358, on July 29, 2026, from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm and again from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10am, St. Robert Bellarmine RC Church, 56-15 213th Street, Bayside, NY 11364.

Interment to follow at Mount St. Mary Cemetery, 172-00 Booth Memorial Ave, Flushing, New York.
