Hi Toula, 
        I found out about Tony’s passing from my brother, Rob Hillan.
   Tony was pretty amazing even with all that life sent his way. My sister Jean and brother Rob and I were so impressed with Tony when he came to both my parents’ funerals totally dressed up in a full suit!
     He was so respectful, and the best dressed guest there!!
 I was hoping to come in from Minnesota and pay my respect by attending, but there was no way I could get it all together overnight.

       Tony always had a full friendly hello the couple of times I ran into him when returning to see “the old house.” He was a great friend to Rob and Larry. I don’t know if you remember Hans the big German guy who lived next door to us, but I told him I will pass on his condolences when I write.

   All of our thoughts are with you and your family, and know that Tony was a blessing to all that knew him. We will miss him.

Toula, we are so sad to hear of Tony’s passing. Growing up in Bayside even as a little kid Tony was always like a big brother . I remember him and Larry always looking after me on the block late 70’s early 80’s . He was great! Love and condolences from the little fat kid across the street Eddie.and Family Sferrazza

Dear Toula and Family,

Anthony was my beloved friend for 30 years. 
I will cherish our memories, from Bayside to Aruba and back.  We called each other silly nicknames, and teased each other relentlessly until we were both crying from laughter.  He appreciated every day, and took nothing for granted.  He was a proud, strong person; tough as nails with a huge heart. 

Toula, you were the most devoted sister he could have ever wished for.  God's plan is sometimes at odds with our wishes to keep our loved ones with us forever.   Now we find a way to grieve.   May God bless you and bring you peace, knowing that Anthony is in Heaven now.  

You are in my thoughts and prayers.
