She will remain in our hearts as a loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She is survived by her daughters Callie Kelepesis and Connie Greenbaum; her grandchildren Louis Tirado III and Constantine Kelepesis; her great grandchildren Damien Tirado and Louis Tirado IV; and her son-in-law William Greenbaum.
Though she carried health struggles with quiet strength, Argyri's spirit remained strong. She possessed a deep love of knowledge, languages, opera, and Greek music. She shared that passion generously with those around her.
A giving soul, she will be remembered for her generosity and curiosity. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
A Religious Service will be held at St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Shrine Church, 196-10 Northern Blvd, Flushing, NY 11358, on August 5, 2026, at 9:30 am. Burial will follow at Cypress Hills Cemetery, 833 Jamaica Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11208.
