Artemios Hristakis, 87 passed away on February 23, 2014. He was born on December 27, 1926 in Greece and was the owner of a restaurant. Artemios is survived by his loving wife, Kalliopi (nee Papanicolaou), children, Foula and George and grandson, Alexander. His visitation will take place on Tuesday, February 25, 2014 from 2-5 and 7-9pm at Frederick Funeral Home. The funeral service is on Wednesday, February 26, 2014 at 9:30am at St. Demetrios GO Church in Jamaica, NY. The interment will follow at Maple Grove Cemetery in Kew Gardens, NY. Funeral arrangements are under the care of Frederick Funeral Home, Flushing, New York.
