Barbara has been lifted by the angels to her well earned rest. Her shy, sweet, soulful smile was a reflection of a heart full of kindness and good humor. A heart that so loved her family and all her dogs, cats and God's other creatures! She was delighted with the bears
that came to the back of the house to bring their cubs! She'd say "' I could watch them forever!'" Our time with her and our varied memories ease our grieving and aching souls. Love always remains stronger than death. Judy and Bob Kernahan

Mom, you are my best friend, the most beautiful lady I'll ever know. I feel blessed to have had the most amazing mom. You were always there for me, there wasn't anything you couldn't fix for me. We have all been cheated that God has taken you from us way too soon. I love you and will miss you till I can see you again....

My first memory of you was when you and uncle George bought your house in upstate. Aubrey was just still a little thing and we all came up to see it. You made uncle George put on his rollerblades and come skate with me. He almost ended up in the hospital when he started rolling down the hill backwards and all you could do was laugh. You’ll always be in my heart aunt Barbara. I love you

I remember the first time you and George walked down 148th Street pushing your carriage with the twins---never saw 2 bigger smiles. Glad for the time we had together these past few years---but much to short. Be at peace

I've only known you from the time you started working at Resorts World but I will miss all the laughing we did together. Especially that last time we worked together in poker.
Watch over all of us because I know you are definitely an angel.
