A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Mel's RC Church, 26-15 154th St, Flushing, NY 11354, on Thursday, October 1, 2026, from 10:45 am to 11:45 am.
A Committal Service will take place at St. Michael's Cemetery, 72-02 Astoria Blvd S, East Elmhurst, NY 11370, on Thursday October 1, 2026, at 12:30 pm.
In Lieu of Flowers, donations can be made to either The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research or St. Jude's Childrens Research Hospital to honor Carmelo's memory.
