Growing up next door to the Occhino Family on 166th. Street was a treat! Carolyn always was so inviting and loved having children around. Her bright and radiant smile and gigantic heart will always be part of the many fond memories I have of her. I vividly remember her singing "Sweet Caroline" and :dancing with us kids in her basement. Condolences to her beloved family on this enormous loss.

A wonderful woman has left our world, to join the angels who watch over us every day. I will always remember her warmth and the loving, caring way about her, her smile and her sweetness. Sending love and prayers to my childhood friends Dennis and Callie, Mr. Occhino and the rest of the Occhino family. You were blessed to have her and she will always be with you. My deepest condolences,
Annemarie Brostek

Carolyn was a wonderful friend and neighbor to the McNallys on 166th Street for so many years. I will always remember Carolyn's beautiful smile and her warmth. Our day was always made a little brighter when Carolyn would knock on our back door and step inside to say hello. She filled the air with happiness and love. She will be missed. The Occhino family is in our thoughts and prayers at this difficult time.
