Christos D. Anastasiou, 87 passed away on July 23, 2014 surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Greece to Demetrios and Katerina on October 20, 1926. Christos is survived by his wife, Sophia (nee Dekolis), children, Michael and Demetra Biotakis and two grandchildren. His visitation will be held on Friday, July 25, 2014 from 2-5 and 7-9pm at Frederick Funeral Home. The funeral service will be on Saturday, July 26, 2014 at 10:15am at St. Nicholas G.O. Church and the interment will follow at Maple Grove Cemetery in Kew Gardens, NY. Funeral arrangements are under the care of Frederick Funeral Home, Flushing, New York.
