Daniel J. Regan

Daniel was a Native of Carracastle, CO Mayo, Ireland. He was born to his parents Michael and Mary Regan. Daniel passed away after a long battle with Alzheimer's disease at the age 74, in Bayside, New York on Wednesday, April 5, 2023. Daniel is survived by his loving wife Julie, his son Michael and grandson Reese, his brothers Michael, Martin (Lucy), his sister Noree (Gerry), Godson Thomas, Stepdaughter Eileen, Nieces, Nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews. He is predeceased by his sister Evelyn, Catherine, his sister in law Kathleen, his brother in law John. Daniel spent some years in England before coming to New York. He loved to travel to many countries and some of his hobbies were skiing, hunting and parachuting. Daniel learned the trade of bricklaying and worked most of his years as a professional bricklayer. He also worked on the Tunnels in New York.

A visitation for Daniel will be held Monday, April 10, 2023 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Francis X. Hatton Funeral Home, 192-15 Northern Boulevard, Flushing, NY 11358. A funeral mass will occur Tuesday, April 11, 2023 from 9:45 AM to 10:30 AM at American Marytrs R.C. Church, 79-43 Bell Blvd, Bayside, NY 11364.
