I just found out about Esther's passing. I had been trying to get in touch for a while now - we used to work together at Saatchi - and was unable to. Decided to try one more time, googled her and found this.

I am so gutted! Esther was an amazing person. She was so funny and oh so smart. She was also a blast to hang out with. And boy did she love her Broadway shows. 

I remember back in the early 2000's, Esther and I seeing all the Broadway shows. TopDog/UnderDog, Hairspray, Avenue Q. But don't be in her way when it was time for her to catch that express bus home, she'd be out! 

We went through the Blackout in 2003 together and after 9/11 she encouraged me to have my daughter's first birthday party when I wanted to cancel it. She said do it, as people needed a happy occasion to look forward to. Speaking of my daughter, when the kid would visit the office, Esther was always a complete sweetheart to her. She was just an all around good person.

We kept in touch off and on throughout the years, but I never stopped thinking about her and wishing her well. 

To Esther's family - understand and know that she was a real one and she was tremendously loved. I wish you peace and comfort in this time.

I have just learned about this unfortunate news.  I worked with Esther, and I loved doing so. She was such a positive and funny person, just an absolute gem.  I am thinking of all the lucky people who got to know her outside of work, and truly just know Esther.

Esther was such a sweet, patient and compassionate person who I feel so lucky to have had the pleasure to work with over the past couple of years. She will be greatly missed and I am so very sorry for your family’s loss. Heaven has gained another angel.

Every once in great while you come across a person that's just a little bit extra, who stands out in the best way. And if you're lucky you get to  work with them. Esther was that person.  I was heartbroken when I heard the news about her untimely passing.  She was so great to work with.  Such a doll and so helpful and cheerful.   She's irreplaceable.  My condolences to her family. 

Thank you for everything, Esther. Saatchi won't be the same without you. But that's their problem lol. You are such a brilliant, hard-working, classy, and knowledgeable human, and now it's time to REST, beautiful soul. My love and condolences to Esther's family and friends.

Esther and I worked together, she in NY and me in Chicago. We soon became friends keeping in touch mainly through social media, exchanging our passion for baseball, food or just anything. I am so saddened by her passing. My deepest sympathy to her family and friends alike. Rest easy Esther....

Esther, I am so sorry I didn't get to see you these past few years.  I missed our regular chats about Broadway and movies and baseball. You had such passion for these things, and such a wonderful sense of humor. You could always put a smile on my face. I'm a better person for having known you.  I think we all are.

Esther was one of a kind. A sweet soul who was brilliant, funny and had a heart of gold. No matter what she was dealing with she never said no. I’m proud to have had her on my team at Saatchi. She was knowledgeable on any topic as many people know,  generous with her time and told the best stories. We always laughed.
I had the pleasure of working with her twice and will miss her dearly. Heaven gained an angel. My condolences to her family and friends. 

Heartbroken when I learned of Esther’s passing.   So young so sweet!  I recall all the childhood memories of  the fun and laughter we had together on 168th Street! Esther and I met many years ago and shared a love of the theater which we discussed every time we spoke. She was a very generous soul as well. Rest In Peace, Esther.

I worked with Esther at Saatchi for about a year. While it was a short time, it felt like longer. She was always so kind and welcoming. I loved sharing photos of my daughter with her and learning about her passions. May her memory be a blessing!

Esther was truly one of a kind. She was always willing to help you no matter what you asked of her.  It was such a pleasure to work with her and I always admired the depth of her knowledge when it came to any issue. If she didn't know the answer she would find out for you. Please accept my heartfelt condolences on your great loss. Esther was a wonderful person, driving out to Long Island more than once to see my college plays and later, becoming my show buddy to see Broadway shows. My husband and I were grateful for her kindness, fiery personality, and love. She will be greatly missed.

Esther was such a loving cousin, much like her Mom. I loved seeing her Facebook posts. I was looking forward to having her show me around Broadway when it fully reopens. She went way too soon. 

Esther, it was a honor getting to work with you. You were always willing to help me when I had no idea what I was doing at work, and always did it without judgement or anger. I loved coming downstairs to see you and chat about life while we were in the office. This is a huge loss and I am going to miss you! Rest peacefully <3 

My condolences on your loss. Esther and I became friends through our One Life to Live fandom.  I was a newbie to NYC and Esther seemed to know the city and its boroughs inside and out. Not to mention her knowledge of theater, film and tv.  I remember being so blown away at how much she seemed to know about everything! 

Esther was vivacious, funny, sweet and brilliant. The void she leaves cannot be filled but I was blessed to call her "friend".  May you find some comfort in knowing she lives on in the memory of people fortunate enough to meet her.

Esther will be missed. I will always remember us as kids playing and running around in Grandpop’s cavernous house. She is gone way too soon. RIP, cousin.

I wanted to share that I worked closely with Esther on a couple of accounts. She was my Business Manager and a delight to work with and always available for me.  She had a great attitude and was a great partner, double checking estimates and bids and comments before documents went out. She was very detailed and I truly appreciated that. I got to know Esther a bit more this year and we talked about other things besides work. I know she was very close with her sister and missed seeing her during the precautions of COVID. Sometimes I would just call her to say hi and check in to see if she was ok. I'm so saddened that she's gone. I'll always have the fondest memories of her. She's just a wonderful person. I am heartbroken to hear of Esther's passing today. She was such a wonderful person. We go back as far as SFP, Bro Marius' class, where we met. Broadway is going to miss this shining star. I will miss you, my friend. Rest easy. Sending prayers to your family and friends. 

It was a blessing to have known Esther--we worked together for many years.  I remember the time she told me about this new musical about Alexander Hamilton that she said was fantastic. (I was doubtful it could be a success.) She always had time to chat and she could always make you laugh. I'm so glad she could revel in the success of her beloved Dodgers last year.

Esther, Always upbeat , never complained.  She was a fantastic person & will be missed a great deal.  R.I.P.  ✝️💕🙏 condolences to her family.
