Henry G. Soderlund

Hank was the beloved husband of the late Candace, and he carried that love with enduring devotion. He was the loving father of Hank (Deana) and Steven (Janet), and the proud grandfather of Hank IV, Sklylar and Camilla. He was also the campanion of Linda.

Those who knew Hank will remember a man who loved life and lived life to the fullest—someone devoted to the people he held close, and never far from a well-timed laugh. He loved to have a good time and a good party, and his presence had a way of drawing others in, making ordinary moments feel like something worth celebrating.

He cherished his family and friends equally, and that wide, steady care will remain part of the legacy he leaves behind.

Visitation will be held at Quinn Fogarty Funeral Home, 192-15 Northern Boulevard, Flushing, NY 11358, on Friday May 22, 2026, from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm, and from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm.

A Committal Service will be held at Mount St. Mary Cemetery, 172-00 Booth Memorial Ave, Flushing, NY 11365, on Saturday May 23, 2026, from 10:45 am.
