

Born in Cuyapo, Nueva Ecija, Philippines, Imelda carried her roots with pride throughout her life.
Imelda was a Certified Public Accountant with the Burea of Internal Revenue < Philippines.
Imelda was the daughter of the late Eugene Ancheta and Lory Ancheta, and the wife of the late Marcelino Bueno. She is lovingly remembered by her one and only daughter, Marimelle Bueno, and son-in-law, Kyle Timmermeyer. She is also survived by her siblings: three sisters and two brothers—Manuel, Anna Marie, Gloria, Flavia, and Bartolome.
Imelda found joy in gardening and horticulture, and she was a very devote Catholic who heard Mass everyday and prayed the rosary and novenas. She also loved her variety show “Showtime” and her drama shows “Batang Quiapo.” Imelda loved to travel, loved food, and loved to cook.
A loving mom with a big heart, Imelda will be remembered for her generosity and compassion, as well as for her firm conviction in her principles. She treasured dearly her friends and colleagues, and her memory will remain a lasting comfort to all who knew and loved her.
The visitation for Imelda will be held at Quinn-Fogarty Funeral Home 192-15 Northern Blvd Flushing, NY 11358 on Saturday March 7, 2026 from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm and from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
A funeral Mass will take place at St Ann's Church 58-02 146th Street Flushing, NY 11355 on Monday, March 9, 2026 at 9:30 am.
A commital service will follow at Mount Saint Mary's Cemetery 172-00 Booth Memorial Ave Flushing, NY 11365.
