My memories of John, although few, were that of connection  and an ease of conversation.  He was truly warm, friendly and someone that truly loved people especially my wonderful cousin.  I am so sad for her and the families that had the privilege to be a part of his life.  You will be missed John , you touched so many lives. To know you was to love you. John was the love of my life. I was so blessed to have shared the past 15 plus years of my life with him, and I will always cherish all of the beautiful memories we shared to together.

He was a very kind, caring, loving, and fun man to be with as well as my best friend.  He will always hold a very special place in my heart, and soul forever. 

The love we had for one another will last a life time, and I know he will be an angel watching over me everyday.

Johnnyblu was a wonderful gentle and always happy guy! He was a good family man, cared for his neighbors and loved his kitties 😻!

My sympathies to Kim Runza and John's Family

I grew up with Denise and have known John since I was little. They became my extended family until life separated all of us. But there was always a place for John and Denise in my heart. I remember John always being so kind, generous, funny, always happy, always smiling!!,  loved riding his bike, his coffee,  going fishing, always so energetic, laughing!! he had laugh that I can still remember.  John had this huge fish tank with sharks (not the ones in the ocean) and he would tell me about all the new fish he got whenever we would see eachother in the hallway. He loved the stray kitties around the bldg and always made sure they were fed.  When my mom passed, he was the first neighbor that reached out and always asked if we were ok.
What I remember most about John is the bond he had with Denise and him being such amazing, loving, devoted dad and then grandpa.  His grandson is his world.  Rest easy John. I love you.

John,  we were so blessed to have you as part of our family, and you were truly a blessing to not only us but to everyone who had the honor of knowing you.

Your kindness, caring and thoughtfulness will never be forgotten and
