Heaven has gained a soul that will be deeply missed. I was granted the privilege of being Jose’s 3rd and 4th grade teacher. He had the sweetest nature along with the purest of smiles that greeted me and his classmates daily. His family is as lovely as he was and I pray to God to grant them grace for this extreme loss of their beloved son Jose.

I have such fond memories of Jose and his big dimpled smile in my 7th grade science class. He was one of those students who inspired good in those around him - always kind and respectful toward others, diligent in his school work, generous and encouraging to his classmates. My heartfelt condolences and prayers go out to Jose's family.

I had the absolute pleasure of teaching Jose from 6th through 8th grade in art class and Stop Motion Animation after school program. He was one of the nicest and kindest students I’ve ever taught. He was always the one to offer help to all and always had his hand up first to be an Art monitor during class time. His smile and laughter always filled my classroom. I want to extend my deepest condolences to his family and friends. My thoughts and prayers to all.
