To hear of your passing was a heartbreak for sure ….ill always remember how you joked I was your other wife…and the way you cocked your head when telling a story or got mad at me …sitting on the porch to smoke together…I will miss your e mails my sweet friend…may you rest easy and I know you will watch over your luved ones..

Joe was a proud U.S. Army military veteran, dedicated NYS corrections warrant officer, dedicated 911 recovery officer, hardworking family provider, father, grandfather, and a most dedicated husband to my sister Annette for over 30 years.
I didn’t talk much to Joe over the years as we had our differences before he married my sister, but my last few visits in June 2024 and November 2023 had the lengthiest conversations to ever recall as he talked about his life of accomplishments, shared all his awards and merits from his military to corrections days, and told stories as we drank coffee together.
A positive memory to cherish of this proud man, who served his country, his State, and family well!
