Pop, I miss your spirit. Your exuberance and humor filled a room in the most beautiful of ways. Whenever I saw you, I knew our time together would be filled with smiles and always, laughter. As we sit down this week to celebrate Thanksgiving, I will appreciate the meal, as you always did :) and think of how thankful I am to have been your granddaughter. Thank you for everything you have done to make my life so special. All my love to you always. 


Uncle Joe was a lovely person who always had a smile and good word every time I interacted with him.  His wife and our aunt, Rose was equally good natured and the sweetest person I knew.  We send our belated sympathies and prayers to his family.   Carmela and Frances.  

As we mark the first week since the passing of our beloved father and grandfather, we will try not to recall the events of that sad day, but rather the joy we shared with him on his birthday, April 15, the Saturday before. As was his habit, we will remember fondly his smile and laughter, his jokes and jibes and think of him as we knew him all of his 92 years - a man who loved his family, enjoyed his life and worked hard to help us and support us every day of ours. We will miss him always!
