Born on February 17, 1955, Louise will be remembered with deep respect and abiding affection by all who had the privilege to know her.
Louise was the driving force behind her husband Robert, who she is survived by, and the promoter of the Moose Tour—offering encouragement, energy, and steadfast support with a presence that will be deeply missed and long remembered. Louise was a beloved wife, stepmom, grandmother, sister, and aunt.
A devoted lover of dogs, Louise spent the best of her years placing, saving, and caring for dogs in so many ways. In this work, her compassion was unmistakable, and her giving nature found a purpose that spoke quietly but powerfully. Those closest to her also knew the warmth of her humor—often present in the moments that mattered most, and never far from the way she made others feel at ease.
The visitation will be held at Frederick Funeral Home, 192-15 Northern Boulevard, Flushing, NY 11358, on May 8, 2026, from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
