Maria Rosaria Curatolo

Maria was a selfless, thoughtful, and kind-hearted individual. She dedicated her career as a School Lunch Manager for the NYC Board of Education, where she became a cherished member of the I.S. 237 community, touching the lives of many colleagues and students.

She was the beloved wife of Alfonso and a loving mother to Florenz (Maria) Curatolo and David (Elizabeth) Curatolo. Maria was a cherished grandmother to Alfonso, Francesca, Francesco and Alessandra. She was a devoted sister to Felice Cupo and a dear sister-in-law to Carmine (Vicenzina) Curatolo and Joe Curatolo, and his late wife Stella.

Maria's greatest joy was her family, especially her grandchildren. She loved spending time with them, particularly at the dinner table, and was a frequent attendee at her grandchildren's sporting events and concerts.

Visitation will be held on November 4, 2025, at Frederick Funeral Home, 192-15 Northern Boulevard, Flushing, NY 11358, from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm and again from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on November 5, 2025, at Our Lady of the Blessed Sacrament Church, 34-24 203rd St, Bayside, NY 11361, at 10:45. Entombment to follow at Queen of Peace Cemetery, 321 Jericho Turnpike, Old Westbury, NY 11568.
