Maria found quiet joy in the simple, steady comforts of home and companionship. She loved to crochet, spend time with word search puzzles, and enjoy the fun and fellowship of Bingo. Most of all, she treasured being surrounded by family and friends, and she had a way of making her presence—and her love—clearly known.
The family will be receiving visitors at Frederick Funeral Home, 192-15 Northern Blvd., Flushing, NY 11358 on Monday, October 19, 2026 from 3:00 pm - 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, October 20, 2026 at 9:45 AM at St. Mel's RC Church26-15 26th Avenue, Whitestone, NY 11354. Interment to follow at St. John's Cemetery, 80-01 Metropolitan Avenue, Middle Village, NY 11379.
