Born on August 1, 1946, in Rutigliano, Italy, Olimpia later made her home in Bayside, New York, where she built a life centered around family, love, and unwavering devotion. She embodied strength, grace, and resilience, and she touched the lives of everyone who had the privilege of knowing her.
Olimpia’s greatest joy was her family. She was a loving and devoted mother to her three daughters, Caterina, GraceMaria, and Nicole, and welcomed her sons-in-law, Vito, Vincent, and Peter, as her own. Nothing brought her more happiness than being surrounded by the people she loved.
She was an incredibly proud grandmother to Anthony, Daniella, Joseph, Giuliana, Brianna, Lorenzo, Gabriella, Eric, Sophia, and Nicholas. Her grandchildren were the light of her life, and she treasured every hug, every laugh, every celebration, and every moment spent watching them grow.
Those who knew Olimpia will remember her warm heart, generous spirit, quiet strength, and unconditional love. She always put her family first, offering comfort, encouragement, and wisdom through every season of life. Her home was filled with love, and her presence made everyone feel welcomed and cared for.
In her final days, she was surrounded by the love of her family. The countless messages, prayers, visits, and expressions of kindness from friends and loved ones brought her great comfort and reminded her just how deeply she was cherished.
Olimpia is now reunited with her beloved husband, a reunion she longed for and one that brings peace to those who loved her. Though our hearts are broken, we find comfort knowing they are together once again.
Her legacy lives on in the family she adored and in the countless lives she touched through her kindness, compassion, and selfless love. She will be forever missed, forever loved, and forever remembered.
“Your love was our greatest gift, and your memory will remain in our hearts forever.
