Richard L. Keegan, 55 passed away on September 8, 2015. He was born on February 6, 1960 to Charles and Marion Keegan. Richard is survived by his brother Stephen. His visitation will be held on Sunday from 2-5 and 7-9pm at Frederick Funeral Home. There will be a religious service in the funeral home chapel at 7:45pm. The funeral procession will leave the funeral home on Monday, September 14, 2015 at 10:00am for interment at Mt. St. Mary's Cemetery. Funeral arrangements are under the care of Frederick Funeral Home, Flushing, New York.
