Rose G. Sanfilippo

Rose was the beloved wife of the late Rudolph Sanfilippo, with whom she shared a lifetime of love, partnership, and devotion. A proud and dedicated mother, she is survived by her children Rudy (Karen), Steven, and Valerie, and is reunited in eternal rest with her beloved son Robert. Rose’s legacy lives on through her cherished grandchildren Nicole (Barry), Melissa (Brian), Carly (Matt), Julia (Dane'), and Claire (Rubens), and her adored great-grandchildren Austin, Monica, Gabe, Tyler, Connor, Liam, Charlotte, and Millie.

Rose was a woman of warmth, strength, and unwavering love for her family. She was the heart of many gatherings, the source of lasting traditions, and a constant presence of grace and kindness. Her family was her greatest joy, and her memory will live on in the stories, laughter, and love she so generously shared.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 21, 2025, from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Frederick Funeral Home, 192-15 Northern Boulevard, Flushing, NY 11358. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, May 22, 2025, at 10:00 AM at Our Lady of the Blessed Sacrament RC Church, 34-24 203rd Street, Bayside, NY 11361. Interment will follow at Long Island National Cemetery, 2040 Wellwood Avenue, Farmingdale, NY 11735.

Rose will be dearly missed and forever remembered by all who knew and loved her.
