Stelios Karatzias passed away on September 29, 2015. Beloved husband of Vasiliki Koula nee Batiani. Loving father of Emmanuel (Maria), Voula (George) Giannoulis and Louiza Karatzias (Peter Kostoglou). Cherished grandfather of Vasiliki and Stelios Karatzias, Gerassimos, Stelios and Malvina Giannoulis and Marieta & Stella Kostoglou. Fond brother of Popi Katadima, Katie Ploska and the late Theodora.

The family of Stelios Karatzias will be receiving visitors at the Frederick Funeral Home on Thursday, October 1, 2015 from 2-5 and 7-9pm. Funeral Liturgy to be celebrated on Friday, October 2, 2015, 9am at St. Demetrios Cathedral , Astoria. Interment to follow at Maple Grove Cemetery.
