A visitation for Thein will be held Saturday, July 8, 2023 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at Frederick Funeral Home, 192-15 Northern Boulevard, Flushing, NY 11358, followed by a prayer service from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM.
