Carissimi cugini siamo partecipi del vostro dolore per la morte del caro Benito:
          Con lui ci eravamo visti ed incontrati a Pignataro il mese di settembre scorso  perché era venuto  per la festa
          della Madonna alla quale lui teneva tanto.
           Eravamo stati con lui felici e contenti dell'incontro ed avevamo gioito anche nel ricordare le cose dei tempi passati
           di quando eravamo giovani e della vita  che si viveva subito dopo la guerra.
           Nella tristezza del dover accettare la volontà del Signore Nostro Dio perché lo ha chiamato a vivere la gioia
           celeste sia di conforto per noi tutto il bene che lui ha fatto.
            Abbiamo partecipato alla celebrazione della S.Messa di suffragio che Don Adamo  ha celebrato ieri ed abbiamo
            condiviso con tutti le parole e lo spirito che ha espresso nell 'elogiare la persona che è stata Benito.
            Nell'assicurarvi a tutti la nostra vicinanza e la nostra partecipazione al vostro dolore, vi salutiamo  tutti con affetto.

Benny always been bigger than life. Big character, big heart, big smile and laughter, big personality and even bigger was his word - his word was honorable and respected. And as such, a good spit in his palm and a firm handshake was far more valuable than a contract. 

I know he got a kick from me fussing with and over him at the office and often we shared stories. He spent a few years trying to get me to sample one of his breakfast favorites - egg, cheese and grape jelly on a roll. The construction industry has lost a respectable and good man, I lost a father-figure. I will always love and miss Benny. 

I picture Benny now wearing his favorite fedora, smoking his cigar, painting the angels wings neon safety  yellow and re-designing the footings of the Pearly Gates of Heaven. 

My heart is broken for his wife Theresa, his children, and family; his friends and colleagues. My prayers, thoughts and condolences are with you all.
