I was so sorry to hear about the loss of Bill. He was a very caring individual , and when he found out that I was interested in becoming an A.P. , he told me that he was going for interviews also , and we shared materials and ideas. His support and encouragement helped me in becoming an A.P. He was very thoughtful and gave me a pen and pencil set which I kept on my desk at Clinton High School. My deepest sympathies go out to your family.

Bill was my first AP at Francis Lewis High School but on the first day of my new position as a special educator Bill became more than a boss- he was a dear friend, a true mentor and a loving educator of "our kids". He taught me how to look through our students eyes and hearts and he loved them dearly!
As our AP, Bill always gather us together at holiday celebrations and we even enjoyed luncheons at his home. Bill never forgot a birthday or a special occasion- what love!
My heart is saddened as you leave us but I know heaven has opened its arms to a special soul- no more pain Bill! God Speed!
Love you!

I am very sorry to hear about Bill’s passing. He was a compassionate and brilliant educator who inspired people to be the best version of themselves. He gave me my first job as a special education teacher at John F. Kennedy High School in the Bronx. I will never forget how he accompanied the students and faculty members during our trips to Virginia and Hershey Park. I am blessed that he was my first boss because he provided direction, encouragement, and a sense of humor during my first few years of teaching. God bless you, Bill. Enjoy your journey to the Son/sun. Until we meet again... Sally Miglio-Doulton

I was terribly sad to hear of the passing of Bill, a colleague for many years at John F. Kennedy High School. I especially remember early mornings in the book room as Bill, the two Kathys, Tony, Laurie and I chatted about school, family, and simply enjoyed each other's company. He influenced many young people during his career in education. Bill will be missed. My condolences to his family.
