My deepest condolences to Alina's family and friends. I did not know Alina for very long but in the short time I got to know her she impressed me with her enthusiasm, kindness, and positive spirit. She was a wonderful person, and I am happy I had the opportunity to know her. Very saddened by this news.

I met Alina when she visited Ireland and I had the pleasure of spending some time with her both here and in NY, where she then invited me to visit. 

During my time in NY, Alina treated me as though I were family - a truly genuine and compassionate individual. 

I will forever cherish the memories.
