Ann Sloane passed away on October 10, 2012. She is survived by her daughter Janice Sloane. Funeral services will be held at Schwartz Brothers-Jeffer Memorial Chapels 114-03 Queens Boulevard (at 76 Road) Forest Hills N.Y. on Friday October 12, 2012 1:00 P.M. Interment will immediately follow at Cedar Park Cemetery Paramus, N.J.
