Home in Queens, NY. She was 57 years young.
Born on January 15, 1965 in Plock, Poland to Czeslaw and Kazimiera IL. Ania as many of her friends and family called her was a unique and wonderful individual who touched the lives of many.
She married Janusz Lewczuk on December 26, 1984 and they raised 3 incredible children, Katarzyna, Adam and Karolina. She was a hard-working woman who taught her children to never give up despite the odds. As an immigrant to this country, she strived to succeed in whatever she put her mind to and make her family house a home. Anna made sure her children knew that if they worked hard, they could always achieve more in life.
She received her associates degree and proceeded to work up in her career goals. Anna went from working at an Italian coat factory, to a plastics factory to working at the Administration of Social Services where she proceeded to work for over 15 years of her life.
She is preceded in death by her sister, Hannah, parents, Czeslaw and Kazimiera.
She is survived by her husband Janusz, her children, Katarzyna, Adam and Karolina and her grandchildren, Angelina, Sebastian, Dominic and Emilia.
