Brian is the one person that told me about Culinary Institute of America because I loved to cook. I owe my success to Brian. I told him many years ago. I never thought about going to school for Culinary. He told me how hard it was to get in. That's when I told Mom I wanted to find out about it and put in an application. I graduated from Culinary Institute of America and have the best life! Thank you Brian.

My good friend since 1967.I will miss Brian's outgoingness,sense of humor,loyalty and devotion,and his principled nature. We shared many laughs in our youth and teenage years; rekindling our experiences later on and forever.
