I took a packaging design class from Chava in the late 1990's, she was a great teacher and always willing to help with assignments in other classes as well. She hosted me in her home in 2010, telling me her amazing life story and sharing photographs.  A wonderful teacher and friend.

Chava was my teacher at Pratt and I was sorry to read that she passed away. I was talking about her today to a friend of mine and she found this online.  Chava entertained me in her home many years ago, sharing with me her life story and  wonderful stories about her amazing design career.  Thank you for giving me the opportunity to share this.  My belated condolences to the Ben Amos family.
