Chloe Hartman Isler, age 16 months, of Brooklyn, New York passed away on Wednesday, February 15, 2023.
A funeral service will be held at Schwartz Brothers-Jeffer Memorial Chapel at 12 noon on Tuesday, February 21.
Chloe's family will receive condolences one hour before the start of the service, beginning at 11 AM.
After the service the burial will be at Mount Carmel Cemetery at 83-45 Cypress Hills Street, Glendale, NY 11385.
The family requests no flowers. Chloe loved books, they brought her great joy. The family suggests that donations in Chloe's memory could be sent to Literacy Inc. (lincnyc.org), a New York City-based organization devoted to helping all children know the power and joy of reading.
