I'm really going to miss Eli. Thinking back to our Yeshiva University days, I can't help but remember his constant smile and how it made everything seem a bit better. He was the kind of guy who'd drop everything to help you out, no questions asked. It's hard to believe he's gone. Rest easy, mate. Your kindness made a world of difference. - Avi Kerendian

I did not know Eliezer but met his parents at the hospital over Shabbos about  7 months ago. Immediately I developed a connection with his Father as he showed tremendous emunah in Hashem . I was invited to his grandson’s bris about 6 weeks later and was so welcomed at his simcha. By coincidence I sent a joke to him the day of Eliezers funeral not knowing that his son had passed.  I was then informed of Eliezers passing. I watched the hespedim and can’t say how touching they all were. Full of emunah! It was bashert that we met and that I could witness such emunah in Hashem!

Although I only knew him as a boy, growing up in Milwaukee, it was evident to me all those years ago that he had a special neshama.
