

Esther Aueron, beloved mother, grandmother, great grandmother, passed away peacefully on June 28, 2024, at the age of 91. Esther was born on July 15, 1932, in New York City, where she lived a life filled with compassion, dedication, and unwavering strength.
Esther's journey was marked by her profound commitment to her family, Judaism, and Israel. She earned her Associate degree in Accounting from Kingsborough Community College.
Beyond her career, Esther was a pillar of her community. She volunteered tirelessly at the local University Library and Temple. Her warmth and generosity touched countless lives, and she was known for her ability to bring comfort and hope to those in need.
Esther was also a devoted mother and grandmother, cherishing every moment spent with her family. She instilled in them the values of kindness, integrity, and resilience, which continue to shape their lives today.
In her retirement years, Esther enjoyed reading, and traveling with her beloved husband, Samuel, who preceded her in death. Their love story was one of enduring companionship and mutual respect.
Esther Aueron will be deeply missed by her children, Fred, Marc, and Felice, her grandchildren, Julie Ann, Michelle, Michael, Alex, and Emily, great grandchildren Wiley, and Louise and her extended family and friends. Her legacy of compassion and service will continue to inspire all who had the privilege of knowing her.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the ADL, or The Alzheimer's Association.
Esther's memory will forever remain in our hearts, a beacon of light and love. May she rest in peace, knowing she made the world a better place.
A funeral service for Esther will be held Wednesday, July 3, 2024 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at Sinai Chapels, 114-03 Queens Blvd, Forest Hills, NY 11375. Following the funeral service will be a committal service from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Beth David Cemetery, 300 Elmont Rd, Elmont, NY 11003.
