I remember working with Harry at JM Ullman & Co. CPA's (later Ullman, Weisberg, & Co., CPA's), in the early '80's.  He was a diligent employee, great mentor, and so very funny.  I miss his smile, wit, and optimism.  Every 40 years or so, I like to check in on old acquaintances.  So sorry to hear about his passing five years ago.  My condolences to his family and friends.
