Graveside service for Herbert Portnoy will take place Wednesday- January 29, 2014 at 1:00 P.M. at the Beth Moses Cemetery located in Farmingdale, NY. Friends and family attending the graveside service should meet at the Cemetery office no later than 15 minutes prior to the specified service time. Rabbi Simckes to officiate.
